How Do I Qualify?

The following are the income ceilings for LITC assistance. The clinic you visit will assess your situation and determine if you meet the income guidelines and other criteria before agreeing to represent you:

  • Single Person Home: $31,225
  • Two Person Home: $42,275
  • Three Person Home: $53,325
  • Four Person Home: $64,375
  • Five Person Home: $75,425
  • Six Person Home: $86,475
  • Seven Person Home: $97,525
  • Eight Person Home: $108,575
  • Each Additional Person, Add: $11,050

If you live in Alaska, you must meet the following income ceilings:

  • Single Person Home: $39,000
  • Two Person Home: $52,825
  • Three Person Home: $66,650
  • Four Person Home: $80,475
  • Five Person Home: $94,300
  • Six Person Home: $108,125
  • Seven Person Home: $121,950
  • Eight Person Home: $135,775
  • Each Additional Person, Add: $13,825

Residents of Hawaii have to meet the following to satisfy the income ceiling guidelines:

  • Single Person Home: $35,950
  • Two Person Home: $48,650
  • Three Person Home: $61,350
  • Four Person Home: $74,050
  • Five Person Home: $86,750
  • Six Person Home: $99,450
  • Seven Person Home: $112,150
  • Eight Person Home: $124,850
  • Each Additional Person, Add: $12,700
